AS AN INITIATIVE UNIQUE TO THIS COMMUNITY WHERE VARIOUS RUGBY FANS CAN ENJOY THEMSELVES AS ONE TEAM, "RESIDENTS" (MEMBERS OF THE MARUNOUCHI 15-CHOME PROJECT.) THEMSELVES SUBMIT PROJECTS THEY FIND INTERESTING, WHICH ARE THEN JUDGED BY RESIDENTS IN A VOTING PROCESS. THE PROJECTS THAT RECEIVE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF VOTES WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE MANAGEMENT SECRETARIAT, AND THE FINAL SELECTED PROJECT WILL BE REALIZED BY THE RESIDENTS AND MITSUBISHI ESTATE CO.

The entire community represents the fictional "Marunouchi 15-chome," and the new "15-chome Community Development" building is also available under different themes. At the time of opening, there will be two themes: "Beer Factory," where members plan the beer that can actually be enjoyed in Marunouchi, and "DAEN Univ." where members plan the content of lectures.
