Pal System's community 'Palmo!' begins full-scale operation
Palsystem Consumers' Co-operative Union (hereinafter "Palsystem"), Palsystem Consumers' Co-operative Union approximately 1.7 million member households (as of March 2025), has launched its member-exclusive community site, 'Palmo!', into full operation starting January 2026. This follows a preliminary release beginning in September 2025.
As members increasingly adopt non-face-to-face shopping methods like online ordering and contactless delivery, a key challenge emerged: how to maintain the co-op's founding principle of "mutual support between people," foster connections among members, and effectively gather member feedback to improve products and services.
Against this backdrop, 'Palmo!' was launched as a new online space where members can share their wisdom and voices. 'Palmo!' aims to further expand the culture of "teaching each other" that Pal System has always valued into the online realm.
Within the site, members can not only share product ideas and lifestyle tips but also participate in surveys and local activities. It aims to create value through member interaction and co-creation.
