Background of Business Alliance

IN CHINA, THE E-COMMERCE LAW OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA WAS PROMULGATED ON AUGUST 31, 2018 AS A COMPREHENSIVE LAW ON E-COMMERCE AND WENT INTO EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2019. THE LAW IS A REGULATION THAT IMPOSES STRICT RESPONSIBILITIES ON E-COMMERCEPLATFORM OPERATORS AND OPERATORS WITHIN E-COMMERCE, AND THERE IS A GROWING SENSE OF URGENCY THAT IN THE FUTURE, BASED ON THE LAW, THE ACQUISITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPLICATIONS, ETC., WHICH ARE EFFECTIVELY EXEMPTED IN CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE, WILL BE REQUIRED AS IN CHINA. IN FACT, IT IS NOT SURPRISING THAT THE ACQUISITION OF COSMETICS IS NOW OBLIGATORY, AS THE OPERATIONAL PREPARATIONS FOR COSMETICS ARE BEING PREPARED THROUGH THE EXPANSION OF THE EXAMINATION SYSTEM.

In response to this growing sense of urgency, Japanese companies have begun to take action, but in reality, there have been many problems with application agents in China who have been asked to file administrative applications for cosmetics and health food products, as well as complicated procedures and frequent system changes, which have delayed their response.

Upcoming Regulatory Seminars

Approximately 60 marketers, mainly from cosmetics manufacturers, participated in the seminar online.
