Created a page on the brand site where users can freely post reviews. Previously, Mamypoko fans were not able to post reviews on the Mamypoko brand site in the Philippines, so they did so spontaneously on Social media. However, by creating a "User Reviews" page on the brand site where users can freely post reviews, many reviews with photos were collected. The reviews with photos were gathered.

Summary

In the Philippines, Mamypoko fans were spontaneously spreading the word by writing on Social media. Based on this fact, we focused on the potential for fans to act as partners and created a place on the brand site where UGC could be collected and exposed to many eyes. As a result, existing users began to voluntarily write reviews without any post promotion activities.
