A member-exclusive community for approximately 1.7 million households (as of March 2025). Designed as a space to revive the co-op's founding principles of "mutual support" and "learning from each other" online, even as non-face-to-face interactions expand. Following a preliminary launch in September 2025, full operation began in January 2026.

Beyond daily life tips and product discussions, we integrate survey-based feedback collection and region-specific information sharing. This aims to deepen member relationships while creating a cycle where gathered voices drive product and service improvements.
