Main Job at eLife and way of working

I am responsible for the management of the community website, project management, and consulting as well as the consumer organization "LA ViDA" with about 650,000 consumers and the word-of-mouth platform buzzLife.
My work includes planning and proposal, PDCA, and liaison with staff involved in the projects.
In addition to client-facing work, I am also involved in the planning and execution of events and study groups through internal committees.

Why did you join eLife?

I joined eLife about 10 years ago as a remote staff member, and after working there for about 6 years, I was asked to get involved in a wider range of work. I had already felt the fun of marketing through various projects and tasks, and I was able to work in an environment where I could raise my children at the same time, with the support and encouragement of my family, I took on this challenge.

What were some of the challenges you faced when you joined the company?

eLife it is not limited to the digital marketing industry, but I feel that it is not easy to keep up with the fast-paced changes in digital marketing, to constantly study to gain new knowledge and wisdom, and to continue to do so.
I also find it difficult to keep up with the diverse types of client industries, which makes it difficult to follow theories and requires a lot of flexibility.
However, I have colleagues with whom I can consult at any time, and we help each other to solve problems, so I do not feel that I am alone in my work! I don't have to do it all by myself!
eLife is where all of the employees work remotely, but we can consult with each other anytime through chat rooms or online meetings, which is very reassuring.

ONE DAYA Day at eLife

6:00 - 7:00 a.m. Wake up - check e-mail, check tasks

Before the family wakes up, check task management tools, emails, and chats to see the most recent tasks and to-dos.

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Children are sent off and operations begin

Internal meetings, meetings with clients, and preparation of materials.

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Lunch break

Lunch is provided by Meal Service (one of the benefits of eLife. We often have prepared meals delivered by the meal service (one of the benefits provided by ; homemade prepared meals are delivered once a month), but we also go out for a change of pace.
Online English conversation lessons and online yoga are also part of my daily routine.

1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Meetings and task management

Continue from the morning to manage tasks, work, meetings, etc.
We are also flexible to accommodate children coming home during the day and picking up and dropping off children from their lessons afterwards.

From 6:00 p.m. Housework and childcare priority time

On days when I want to concentrate on work such as preparing documents, I sometimes go to the PC after the children go to bed.

What do you feel you have grown since joining the company?

I feel that thinking skills such as logical thinking and critical thinking came naturally to me.

What would you like to try at eLife?

eLife the company itself is challenging, so I am already taking on many challenges, but I would like to learn not only as a consultant but also about production and systems.
I would also like to put more effort into learning English so that I can hold more meetings and communicate with foreign employees in English.
