eLife introduces “Discovery AI” – a next-generation marketing tool for customer insights

What is "Discovery AI"?
Discovery AI" is a marketing AI tool that enables customer understanding, product brand customer insight discovery, and crisis management by incorporating not only community and other membership organization data and in-house survey data, but also external data such as X and Amazon in real time. The tool has been used by major food manufacturers, retailers, and amusement companies in Japan for a year of test marketing to expand and improve its functionality, and has been highly evaluated for its useful output for product development, market research, and customer support.
In addition, "Discovery AI" can be integrated into our integrated digital marketing platform, eLife Community Suite, as well as other communities. In the future, we plan to release various agent functions such as campaign automation, ad in-house production, and customer support as a SaaS model.

Since its establishment in 1999, eLife has supported numerous corporate communities in line with the development of the Internet, and has developed a business that analyzes the opinions of fans and returns them to marketing activities. In response to these issues, we have started to develop "Discovery AI" to offer to a large number of companies by incorporating and deeply analyzing their internal and global VOCs, based on our abundant knowledge in marketing and VOC analysis of domestic and overseas companies and our position as an expert in AI trends. We have organized a special project team of AI engineers from Europe, North America, and ASEAN, and combined the latest AI technology trends with abundant knowledge and expertise in selecting a small number of valuable VOCs, which we have cultivated through community management of domestic companies, in order to make it easy for any company to provide "customer insight" to its customers. We aimed to create an eLife original AI model that enables any company to easily discover and understand "customer insights" with a high degree of accuracy.

Discovery AI" is an original preprocessing and structuring system specialized for handling VOC data. In developing Discovery AI, we have assembled a team of engineers from overseas who are well versed in natural language processing (NLP), generation (NLG), and large-scale language modeling (LLM) technologies to create a unique and state-of-the-art LLM model. It is difficult to structure the Japanese language, especially Social media contains many colloquial short sentences, and it has been extremely difficult to extract insights from them. We invite you to experience our world-class AI model.
After working in research at eBay, he founded Oxide AI in Sweden, where he was responsible for language processing and led the development and implementation of a smart search engine. He has a broad skill set in areas ranging from natural language processing (NLP), generative (NLG), large-scale language modeling (LLM), and evolutionary computation, as well as a B.A. in Japanese language studies, and led AI development as Chief AI Officer at eLife. He is originally from Sweden.

After working as an engineer and director at a major digital marketing company, he worked as a technical director at a marketing company affiliated with a major advertising firm, eLife he was involved in system projects such as web application development and CMS replacement for various industries.
