Sogo & Seibu's community site "Mania-ku," where enthusiasts gather, will form communities with five themes within the "Mania-ku" community as a means of customer communication based on hobbies and interests: "Sake Brewery Tour," "Curry," "Custard," "Utsuwa" and "Ikesei". In each community, participants are invited to post images, impressions of use, trivia, etc., and mutual communication will promote the creation of a fan club. Sogo & Seibu employees will also participate as "Mania-ku" guides, providing information on recommended products and services.
