In addition to Japanese and English language support, the new site also provides detailed global support for customers, such as the ability to display only products sold in the U.S. to those accessing the site from the U.S.

Summary

The project aims to promote the Tiger Thermos corporate brand globally by providing a platform + content + infrastructure to enable customers to make purchases and receive support through a unified interface in Japan and the US. In addition, based on eLife's partner network, the project realized all operations necessary for the U.S. cross-border EC business, including VAT, sales tax and other foreign tax reporting, and logistics, and realized comprehensive globalization of Tiger Thermos's cross-border EC and other services.
