Implemented the integrated digital marketing platform "eLife Community Suite" as the customer base for all brands of Unilever Japan K.K. First-party data was expanded and more effective CRM was achieved by linking with Business Inteligence (BI) and the tool Data Management Platform (DMP) to achieve a more effective approach for mutual customer transfers among all brands.
